how do i make myself more flexible for cheerleading?

Question: i want to try out for cheerleading, but i need to be more flexible. A LOT more. I can barely touch my toes. it really hurts. if i can do a slit or handspring or something like that, then it's almost like i'm on the team already. there are 11 spots opening, so A LOT of girls will be trying out. if i am able to do things all the other girls can't... it will boost up my confidence 100% I really want to make this team. i have until late november. PLEASE help me. P.S. Every year we have a pep rally, i don't want to be in it if i can't do the stunts that all the other girls can do. PLEASE HELP ME. thank you so much
