Who owns the copyrights to art from The Beatles: Yellow Submarine?

Question: Who owns the copyrights to art from The Beatles: Yellow Submarine? I want to produce an item, to be sold, that will include artwork from The Beatles' "Yellow Submarine" Who would I have to contact to get the rights & clearances, and to arrange for royalties? (I am in the United States) Please do not state the obvious "Contact the owner of the artwork" -- I know that. I need to contact whoever currently owns the rights to the artwork, and seek permissions, work out royalties, etc. I just can not track down WHO it is to contact, WHO owns (or manages) the rights to Yellow Submarine & its artwork... (Note: I need rights to the artwork, not the music or lyrics) If anyone knows, that would be very helpful. PLEASE READ THE QUESTION - I DON'T WANT A HISTORY OF THE YELLOW SUBMARINE, OR HOW DVDs ARE MADE, OR ANY OTHER NON-ANSWERS. THE ONLY THING I AM LOOKING FOR IS THE NAME OF THE COMPANY THAT OWNS THE RIGHTS, SO I CAN CONTACT THEM. Thanks

Answer: EMI owns the rights to the recorded materials and all artwork. Michael Jackson only owns the publishing rights to the songs(Michael owns %70, the rest of the %30 is shared by Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr and the wives of John Lennon and George Harrison). He does not own the recordings or artwork.
